Hotel R+2 — 50 Rooms
Construction of a R+2 hotel with 50 rooms in the interior of Côte d'Ivoire. Estimated budget between 510 and 790 million FCFA. Includes structural work, room equipment (air conditioning, TV, bathrooms), restaurant, reception and conference room.
R+4 Medical Clinic
Construction of a R+4 clinic in Abidjan. Estimated budget between 645 million and 1.25 billion FCFA. Includes structural work, biomedical equipment (imaging, operating room, laboratory), generator, centralised air conditioning and medical furniture.
Large Supermarket
Construction of a large modern supermarket with parking, offering a wide range of food and non-food products.
